(More customer reviews)I originally gave this a 5 star rating for the quality, warm and loftiness.However, after there continues to be a very strong chemical odor in the material that we're unable to get rid of despite airing it out and having it dry cleaned. It's unusable.Contacted seller for advice and to ask about the "guarantee" listed in the description.No response.We filed a claim, but after further consideration realized it's probably futile because it's now 3 months old so we just withdrew the claim and discarded it. (It's so bad we wouldn't have the audacity to donate it.)Needless to say, upset over a very expensive bad experience.
